Sugu Aria

Sugu Aria is a successful financial and general management professional with over forty years’ experience as a CEO and financial executive in the private industry, and as a practicing professional in the financial and business consulting field.

Experience in the private sector and in public accounting covers the broad array of general management, trouble shooting, “turn-arounds”, accounting and information systems, business and financial analyses.

Sugu has his own CPA practice in San Jose, California currently and over the past 30 Years. His practice includes tax, accounting and business consulting. He has also been a business advisor and tax preparer for several non-profit organizations. He received an MBA from Armstrong University, Berkeley and is a licensed CPA in California and a Chartered accountant from Sri Lanka.

Jennifer Sills

Jennifer Sills is the President and Founder of CSNK2A1 Foundation, an organization devoted to advocating and finding a cure for individuals diagnosed with Okur-Chung Neurodevelopmental Syndrome (“OCNDS”).  OCNDS is an ultra-rare genetic syndrome that causes severe developmental delay, autism or autism behavior traits, and epilepsy.  Prior to her work with the CSNK2A1 Foundation, she worked as an Estate Planning and Tax Attorney, advising local non-profit organizations on planned giving and fundraising.  She is a Mentor to a first-generation college student for the Pay it Forward Scholarship and Mentoring Program at CSUMB. She serves as a Board Member for BOK Ranch, a non-profit organization providing therapeutic horseback riding for clients with special needs. She also serves on the West Coast Advisory Board for the Child Mind Institute.  She received a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and her J.D. from Pepperdine University.  She resides in Hillsborough, California, with her husband, Jason, and their 2 children, Juliet and Jasper.  

Dinasha Cellura

Dinasha Cellura has over 20 years of experience in the tech sector as well as consumer retail. She is presently a senior manager of eCommerce, overseeing Americas for Adobe. She spent 8 years of her career working in digital marketing at ASICS sportswear HQ, mobile analytics, and paid media servicing Google Southeast Asia while living in Tokyo and Singapore. She participated with various charitable orgs while abroad helping with auction based fundraising events. Dinasha holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco,  McClaren School of Business. Dinasha is co-founder and enthusiast for delivering extended programs to deserving young adults. As a mother who raised children abroad for their developing years, she is passionate about the character and awareness theses experiences will bring through this foundation.
